Keep a record of what actually works.
Use this checklist during a product’s return period, with the person who will use it. Print the page and write observations beside each question.
This is a planning worksheet, not a safety certification or a clinical assessment. It does not report AgingWellTech product testing.
Before starting: Check the return deadline, condition requirements, fees and service-cancellation procedure. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not trigger emergency services, disable essential protection or stage a fall to test a device.
